2021 Müller-Thurgau trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Very slightly smoky-reductive, somewhat vegetal to dried-herbal, nutty and delicately floral pome fruit scent with a hint of peach. Polished, still slightly yeasty fruit with a hint of wax, lively, almost present acidity, has some grip and good persistence, grapefruit and menthol in the background, salty minerality, good to very good finish with bite.
