Firm, rather reserved, still slightly yeasty aroma with fine, quite fresh herbaceous-vegetable and yellow-fruity aromas as well as floral traces and a hint of barrel wood. Ripe, tart, juicy fruit, nutty and very slightly smoky tones, good substance and persistence, very fine acidity, some grip, floral nuances in the background, delicate barrel tones, certain depth, still young but already perfectly balanced, mineral in the background, very good, juicy, finely spicy and somewhat buttery-melting finish with grip. Still improving with air.
