2020 Brut "Pinot - Blanc de Noir", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Yeasty, vegetal and mushroomy, also smoky aroma with restrained apple flavours, some white berries and herbal notes. Slender, sweetish fruit with yeasty, smoky, vegetal to herbal and nutty flavours, medium-fine, rather superficial perlage, a little white and blackcurrant in the background, a certain acid bite, buttery notes, light grip, good to very good finish.
