Yellow fruity and a touch of black berry nose with floral nuances, a little candy as well as hints of yellow spice, a touch of bamboo, shiitake mushrooms and fresh herbal nuances. Quite juicy, a little sweetish fruit, slightly tending towards the exotic, fine, rather calm acidity and moderate tannic grip, a hint of red berries on the palate, some yellow spice and herbal notes reminiscent of coriander and parsley, then also black berries, salty minerality, floral tones and blood orange, very good finish with juice and bite.
