2020 Hattenheim Wisselbrunnen Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Rheingau, Germany

Clearly planty to somewhat herbal nose with restrained, bright yellow fruity notes and floral nuances as well as a hint of spring onions and black berry nuances. Restrained and somewhat muted fruit also in the mouth, slightly reminiscent of seaweed, planty and also a little herbaceous tones, relatively present acidity that integrates well with air, noticeable, a hint of sandy tannin, floral nuances and a hint of dark fruits on the palate, delicate, sweet melting and some warmth, persistent, a touch peppery, very good finish with grip and smoky nuances as well as salty minerality.
