Relativ süße, geschliffene, klare Frucht, sehr feine Säure, kräuterig-pflanzliche Aromen, im Hintergrund Mineralik, die sich mit Luft noch mehr durchsetzt, eine Spur Gerbstoff, gewisse Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, Kandisnoten, auch im guten Abgang relativ süß.
