Mature, vegetal and yellow-fruity nose with a hint of smoke, herbs, floral nuances and some minerality. Quite juicy, partly preserved, sweet fruit, fine, rather restrained acidity, a little candy and yellow spice, delicate mushroom tones in the background, some grip, good persistence, herbal-vegetable notes, tart mineral and also smoky hints in the background, some warmth, very good, sweetish finish, again with phenolic grip. Clearly mature, but still very good.

Editor note: Translate to English Straffer, kräuteriger und deutlich mineralischer Duft mit Kern- und Steinobstaromen, etwas kandierten Zitrusfrüchten und erdigen Tönen. Klare, zart süßliche, feinsaftige Frucht im Mund, ganz eigene pflanzliche bis kräuterige und einen Hauch florale Töne, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, herbe Mineralik im Hintergrund, hefige Spuren, sehr guter Abgang.
