Slightly subdued but firm and rather deep, rather bright fruit with herbal-vegetable aromas, yeast, tobacco and a little reminiscent of courgette. Quite firm, sweetish-tart fruit with clear minerality, dried-vegetable to herbal aromas and lots of minerality, lasting, almost cool, a hint of dark berries, some depth, stony tones, with air the contours melt a little due to the sweetness, buttery nuances, very good, firm, grippy finish with bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
