Cool, somewhat apple-like, herbal and floral citrus scent with yeasty nuances and almost a little earthy minerality. Bone-dry, restrained fruit, present acidity and noticeable, somewhat sandy tannin, which integrates very well with air, bready, yeasty tones, present minerality, a touch of naphthalene, persistent, dried-vegetable and slightly mushroomy tones, still a trace of reduction, lots of salt, very good, tart finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
