Somewhat herbal, especially reminiscent of parsley, citrus stone fruit scent with floral nuances, hints of pepper and bacon as well as a hint of lichen. Straightforward, rather restrained, somewhat juicy, not completely dry fruit, quite fine acidity and a little tannic grip, floral and again reminiscent of parsley tones on the palate, good persistence, implied yellow spice, salt in the background, also a little anise and fennel, tart nutty tones, a hint of dark berries and nuts, very good finish.

Best to drink: 2023-2028+. What our ratings mean
