Quite firm, mineral and a touch yeasty, very slightly tart and spicy aroma with yellow fruity, dried herbal to tobacco and clearly mineral aromas. Firmly woven, tangy fruit with fine acidity and present, ripe tannins, intense minerality, persistent, dense and grippy, ripe, marbling phenolic, definitely gripping, a hint of sweetness in the background, good depth, very good, firm finish.
