2019 Rüdesheim Berg Rottland Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Rheingau, Germany

Herbaceous and a touch tartly spicy aroma of ripe, partly candied yellow fruits with mineral and hints of floral notes. Ripe, quite juicy, sweetish, partly candied and preserved fruit, reminiscent of pears, very fine, moderate acidity, grip and spicy tones, persistent, clear, tart minerality, floral and slightly vegetal nuances, reminiscent of fennel, becomes deeper and more complex with air, very good, juicy, spicy and mineral finish, again with noticeable, but especially with time well integrated sweetness.
