Nutty fragrance with yellow-fruity and fennel-like vegetal aromas, dried floral tones and rather dark mineral spiciness. Ripe, sweetish, calm fruit, fine, rather restrained acidity, grip of crumbly tannin and clear, tart, dark minerality, nutty aromas, a hint of butter, also a little caraway, very good, grippy, sweetish, but also tart-spicy finish with slightly drying tannin.
