2011 Rüdesheim Berg Roseneck Riesling Spätlese, Rheingau, Germany

Clear, polished peach-apple flavour with citrus notes, delicate herbaceous and floral hints and a certain minerality. Slender, still almost a little restless, very sweet fruit in the mouth, has polish and life, very fine acidity and a certain carbonic acidity, good persistence on the palate, mineral tones, some depth, very elegant style, still undeveloped, very good finish. Needs to mature.
