2009 Rüdesheim Drachenstein Riesling Eiswein, Rheingau, Germany

Quite concentrated, somewhat planty and mineral stone fruit citrus scent with distinct frost notes. Also quite concentrated in the mouth, in addition very, very sweet, but also with firm acidity, vegetable aromas and tart minerality in the background, excellent persistence and good depth, much bite, still completely undeveloped, long finish, although still quite dominated by sugar.
