2023 Graach Domprobst Riesling Spätlese *** Premium, Mosel, Germany

Cool, almost tart, slightly herbaceous and slightly yeasty citrus nose with peach aromas, hints of zest and delicate vegetal spiciness. Ripe, juicy, sweet fruit, some yellow spice and again planty flavours with fresh pungent notes, quite lively acidity, some grip, candy tones on the palate, stony and salty traces, very light red berry notes in the background, good to very good, candy-sweet finish.
