Translate to English Relativ gedeckte, leicht verschwommene gelbfruchtige Nase mit pflanzlichen und zart altholzigen Tönen. Nicht ganz trockene Frucht mit präsenter, recht feiner Säure sowie nussiger und erdig-mineralischer Würze, pflanzliche Töne am Gaumen, auch Kandisnoten und ein wenig Karamell, gewisse Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, leicht phenolische Töne im Hintergrund, etwas nachtrocknender Gerbstoff, ordentlicher bis guter, nur ein wenig verschwommener und laktischer Abgang.
