2018 Randersacker Sonnenstuhl Silvaner Grosses Gewächs "Hohenroth", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, vegetal and delicately fungal nose, also a hint of yeast with restrained yellow-fruity notes and floral traces. Rather melty fruit with clearly vegetable and again a little mushy aromas, fine acidity and some grip, certain persistence, chalky and earthy tones, still a little muted in the good to very good, increasingly juicy finish
