Cool, deep, tartn ose, delicate vegetal traces, very elegant yellow fruit, floral traces, light herbaceous and mineral notes. Fairly firm, juicy fruit on the palate, lively acidity, firm grip, vegetal, herbaceous, peppery and floral notes, hint of dark berries in the background, prominent mineral notes, hint of bacon and nutty traces, persistent, slightly sweetish and creamy, elegant, very good finish, juicy with mineral notes.
