Clear, rather firm, rather tart aroma of predominantly dark berries with cherry notes, some smoke, moderate barrel notes, fine mushroom notes and dried-vegetable nuances. Tight, tart, juvenile fruit, slightly toasty wood notes, some acidity and fine, still relatively present tannins, persistent on the palate, again dried-vegetable to herbal flavours, salt in the background, very good, tight, tart finish with fresh juice and draught.
