Clear and fine, somewhat smoky and herbal, with a hint of floral, delicately acidic black and red berry nose with cherry nuances as well as meaty and fine fungal tones. Ripe, polished, juicy, clear fruit, fine chocolatey and gently coffee-roasted notes, crumbly-sandy tannin, good sustainability, a touch of ethereal spice in the background, some salt, slightly drying wood, very good, juicy finish with fine spice. Falls into a hole on the second day, but recovers on the third and even gains depth.
