Firm and quite deep aroma of rose hips, some black berries, juniper and beetroot with a little dried mushroom, forest floor, pepper and smoke. Firm, dense, tart fruit with smoky and somewhat roasted wood flavours, pepper, juniper and salt, persistent and quite powerful on the palate, present, somewhat sandy tannins, bitter chocolate and coffee, gains juiciness with air, salt in the background, very good, firm, tart finish.
