Clear, firm and quite polished, finely vegetal nose of mixed berries, beetroot, pepper, herbs, floral nuances and delicate cherries with bacon and mushroomy notes. Ripe, finely juicy, almost cool fruit, smoky and somewhat dried-vegetable notes, nutty wood tones, a hint of bacon, mushrooms and beetroot, a certain acid bite, dark chocolate in the background, noticeable salt, quite elegant style, very good finish with spice, juice and a certain warmth.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
