Quite firm, delicately bacon and tobacco nose of more red than black berries with a little rosemary as well as smoky and peppery traces. Clear, fine, tart, fresh, youthful fruit, slightly smoky and nutty aromas, herbal tones again reminiscent of rosemary, crumbly, ripe tannin, persistent on the palate, minerality in the background, certain depth, has polish, very delicate malty hints, very good, polished, tangy and spicy finish.
