Somewhat developed, dense and quite complex, slightly dried-vegetable nose of red and a little black berries with a hint of cherries, beetroot and moderate barrel notes. Ripe, slightly warm, tart fruit with nutty and slightly tobacco wood flavours, present, fine sandy tannin, smoky tones, good persistence and substance, quite dense, salt and a hint of bacon in the background, some bitter chocolate, still young, fine bitter spice, some pepper, very good, firm, still slightly drying finish.
Somewhat earthy and dried vegetal scent of ripe red berries with hints of blackberry, a little dried flowers, good tobacco, aubergine and a touch of dried fruit. Ripe, partly pickled, again predominantly red fruit with slightly melon tones, crumbly tannin, spicy and delicately smoky-woody tones, a hint of candy, certain strength and persistence, crumbly tannin, citrus nuances, clear minerality, very good, juicy finish with slightly woody, spicy, herbal and peppery spicy notes
