Somewhat developed, dense and quite complex, slightly dried-vegetable nose of red and a little black berries with a hint of cherries, beetroot and moderate barrel notes. Ripe, slightly warm, tart fruit with nutty and slightly tobacco wood flavours, present, fine sandy tannin, smoky tones, good persistence and substance, quite dense, salt and a hint of bacon in the background, some bitter chocolate, still young, fine bitter spice, some pepper, very good, firm, still slightly drying finish.
