Fairly firm and deep nose, polished, ripe red and some black berries, cherries, dried flowers and mushrooms,herbaceous traces, beet root and fairly prominent mineral notes. Ripe, firm, concentrated fruit on the palate, light oak and some cedary traces, earthy notes, hint of smoked bacon and tobacco, concentrated and persistent, firm bite, tart nutty traces, dried flowers and some mushrooms again, excellent substance and depth, still young, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, salty mineral notes, tart and spicy, on a long and extremely complex finish.
