2020 Ungstein Herrenberg Riesling Spätlese trocken "Am Mandelbaum", Pfalz, Germany

Rather calm stone fruit and citrus aroma with planty to slightly herbal flavours, a hint of yeast, floral nuances and a hint of chalk. Straightforward, not completely dry, again calm fruit, vegetal, nutty and floral notes, very fine acidity, a little drying phenolic and smoky on the palate, salty-chalky minerality, a hint of petrol, good to very good, somewhat muted finish.
