Bright, rather cool citrus pomaceous fruit nose with nutty and delicate vegetal notes. Clear, finely juicy, again bright fruit, lively, polished acidity and delicate grip, nutty and smoky notes, herbal-vegetable hints, a hint of carbonic acid, certain persistence, some minerality, restrained, delicately sweetish melting, animating style, good to very good, grippy finish with bite.
