Translate to English Ganz leicht entwickelte, getrocknet-pflanzliche Nase mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen, etwas Wurzelgemüse, Haselnuss und gelber Würze. Schlanke, herbe Frucht, vegetabile Töne und wieder Haselnuss, merklicher Gerbstoff, etwas gedeckt am Gaumen, ein Hauch dunkler Beeren, salzige Anklänge, eine Spur Senf, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang mit viel Säurebiss.
