Somewhat herbaceous and slightly bacony nose with citrus and stone fruit aromas, some root vegetables, hint of caraway, fennel and floral nuances. Quite firm, juicy, rather bright and cool fruit, very slightly smoky and also dried-vegetable spice, fine acidity and grip, good persistence, a little smoked salt in the background, hints of egg white, still young, very light ethereal notes in the background, a hint of clarified butter, very good finish.
