Cool, yeasty and fresh-vegetable citrus nose with apple notes and herbaceous tones. Slender, straightforward, very dry fruit, nutty, planty to herbaceous and yeasty notes, medium-fine perlage, somewhat muted on the palate, certain persistence, a hint of dark berries, smoky nuances, good to very good, only slightly drying finish.
