Hochheim Hölle Riesling Brut (Deg.: 22.09.2023), Rheingau, Germany

Fairly firm, nutty, yeasty and a hint of smoky pomaceous fruit on the nose, some stone fruit and vegetal to tobacco and mushroomy aromas. Ripe, quite juicy fruit with tart nutty and tobacco/woody flavours, some smoke and earthy/vegetable tones, fine acidity, delicately creamy, medium-fine, rather moderate perlage, light tannin, good persistence, black berry traces, salt in the background, very good finish with a fine sandy grip, ripe fruit and vegetal notes.
