Fairly cool, somewhat nutty, yeasty and vegetal to herbaceous nose, yellow fruit, delicate floral and light almondy aromas, hint of yellow spice. Slender, sweetish citrus fruit with still yeasty notes, lively acidity, light tannic grip, a certain persistence, hints of dark berries, lavender and saffron, chalky tones, good, albeit sweetish, deliquescent finish.
