Slightly sweet yellow fruity nose with vegetal notes, hints of herbs, flowers and a hint of wax. Sweetish fruit with acidity that becomes more present with air, vegetal to slightly herbal notes and a hint of mushrooms, very slightly muted on the palate, a little melting contours, waxy hints, minerality in the background, good finish with yeasty tones and bite.
