Firm, quite deep, somewhat yeasty aroma with yellow fruity, vegetal and delicately floral aromas, a little yellow spice, tobacco and minerality. Ripe, juicy, quite concentrated yellow fruit with very fine acidity and delicate grip, nutty yeasty tones, some floral and vegetal to herbal on the palate, quite clear minerality in the background, some warmth, and slightly sweet melting, implied yellow spice, persistent, some depth, very good, melting, sweet, juicy and spicy finish
