Somewhat warm, nutty and a little light-woody aroma with yellow fruity, a little yeasty, delicately smoky and also vegetal aromas. Ripe, first quite soft, with air clearly tighter, sweetish fruit, warm and moderately wood-spicy, fine acidity, floral and yeasty nuances, some persistence, vegetal tones on the palate, a trace of tannin, which provides additional grip, quite juicy, slightly warm finish with tart mineral tones
