Quite firm aroma of ripe citrus and stone fruit with apple-like nuances, herbaceous-vegetal aromas, a little yeast, floral notes and chalk. Ripe, bright, melting fruit, very fine, rather moderate acidity, white-vegetable tones, some butter, caramel and yeast, good persistence, in the background again chalky and also a little salty notes, herbal hints, rather soft contours, very good finish
