Fine vegetal nose, somewhat reminiscent of root vegetables with bright yellow fruity, but also white and green berry aromas, hints of smoke, peppers and redcurrant leaves. Ripe, warm fruit with tart root vegetable-vegetable, nutty, delicately smoky and woody tones, some persistence, a hint of dark berries in the background, noticeable alcohol, slightly bitter, good finish.
