Clear, relatively fine pomaceous fruit nose with a little stone fruit and citrus nuances, light, nutty wood notes and hints of mushrooms and herbs. Ripe, melting fruit with tart, slightly smoky wood spice and dried vegetal to mushroomy notes, very fine acidity, some grip, sautéed mushrooms in the background, has power and a certain warmth, but also cooling ethereal nuances, certain minerality, very good finish.
