Astringent, vegetable and a hint of mushroom with pome fruit, citrus and chalky notes. Warm, subdued fruit, clearly nutty, somewhat smoky and light-woody, also slightly dark spice, lots of melt, salty and earthy tones, good to very good, alcohol-rich finish
