Klare, geschliffene, feinsaftige Frucht mit deutlich kandiert-nussigen und etwas holzigen Aromen, eine Spur Champignons am Gaumen, sehr feine Säure, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, salzige Töne im Hintergrund, guter Abgang.
