Translate to English Herb-gewürzige, vegetabile und deutlich an durchwachsenen Speck erinnernde Nase mit Kernobst- und Melonentönen sowie ein wenig kandierten Zitrusfrüchten. Vegetabil, erdig und wieder rauchig-speckig im Mund, verhalten gelbfruchtig, etwas verschwommene Konturen und leicht rauer Gerbstoff, relativ lebendige Säure, grüne Noten, gewisser Schmelz, auch im Abgang etwas rau und grün.
