Fairly cool, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous and nutty aroma of yellow fruit with slightly buttery and bacony flavours. Straightforward, sweetish fruit with delicately creamy, lively, almost present acidity, light grip, certain persistence, hints of barrel wood and cream, good finish with bite.
