Clear, somewhat herbaceous citrus scent with pome fruit nuances as well as floral and mineral notes. Rather firm, juicy, firm fruit, lively acidity, smoky and salty notes, good persistence, nutty and floral tones, lots of bite, good substance, some alcohol warmth, very good finish
