2017 Müllheim Sonnhalde Grauburgunder Kabinett trocken, Baden, Germany

Light floral and herbaceous notes on the nose, citrus notes, hint of cinnamon and mint, hint of mushrooms in the background. Fairly juicy, bone dry fruit on the palate, still undeveloped, yeasty and prominent nuttyaromas, herbaceous notes reminiscent of parsley, elegant acidity, moderate integrated sandy tannins, fairly versistent, very slightly noticeable warm alcohol, salty notes in the background, hint of mushrooms on a good, tart finish.
