2016 Müllheim Pfaffenstück Silvaner Spätlese trocken, Baden, Germany

Light yeasty notes on the nose, chalky earthy notes, delicate nutty aromas, slightly exotic yellow fruit, elegant vegetal notes, hint of tobacco. Still largely undeveloped and quite yeasty on the palate, elegant juicy fruit, smoky, chalky mineral notes, prominent salty notes, peppery traces, good persistence, very delicately sweetish and creamy, some yellow spice in the background, still young, good to very good finish.
