2016 Badenweiler Römerberg Weißburgunder Spätlese trocken, Baden, Germany

Cool nose, still reductive, delicate vegetal and floral notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, yeasty traces, light floral and nutty notes, fairly prominent mineral notes. Clear, bone dry, polished, fairly cool fruit on the palate, nutty, earthy and vegetal notes, very slightly yeasty, some grip. good substance and persistence, hint of tobacco, light nutty notes, very good, uncompromisingly dry finish.
