2016 Badenweiler Römerberg Gutedel trocken, Baden, Germany

Cool nose, prominent vegetal and light herbaceous notes, restrained yellow fruit, light mineral notes. Clear, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, nutty, vegetal, herbaceous and mineral notes, very elegant acidity, good persistence, hint of bacon in the background, still young, polished, clear contours, good to very good finish.
