2023 Graach Domprobst Riesling Spätlese feinherb, Mosel, Germany

Youthful, delicately smoky and yeasty nose with bright, fresh stone fruit aromas and citrus notes as well as planty flavours slightly reminiscent of pak choi. Quite tightly knit, finely juicy, sweetish-tart fruit with lively acidity and some grip, slightly stony mineral tones in the background, a hint of plant pungency on the palate, cool, animating style with a certain tension, very good, finely juicy finish with bite.
