Cool, firm and deep, still smoky, somewhat dried-vegetable to herbaceous and nutty aroma of candied yellow fruit with a hint of radish. Clear, juicy, very sweet fruit with nuances reminiscent of honey and plums, lively, yet fine acidity, light grip, good substance and persistence, salty minerality, still undeveloped, has plenty of tension, a hint of pickled apricots and again radishes on a very good finish.
